Arthur WallaceMarch 27, 2026I was able to obtain a same day appointment for a partial power loss to our home which also triggered our generator. Luke arrived a little early and introduced himself, asking us about loss of electricity to parts of the house. He explained what he planned to check and that he’d share his assessment after the beaker panels, circuits, outside power sources, etc. He determined that the cause was a loss of electrical power supply to the house and that Duke Energy needed to be called for power restoration for a partial power disruption. He also suggested, got my approval, and turned off circuits to sensitive appliances and computers until any potential Duke power restoration surge is completed.
